Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Preciado Luxury Trading website and to transactions completed directly with Preciado Luxury Trading, except where different written terms are provided for a specific transaction.

Product Information

Luxury watches, jewelry and diamonds may be pre-owned, vintage, customized or unique unless expressly described otherwise. Please review the complete listing, photographs, condition information, measurements and included accessories before purchasing. Photographs form part of the item description.

Availability and Pricing

Inventory can change quickly and an item may become unavailable before the website is updated. Pricing and listing information may be corrected if an error is discovered before a transaction is completed. A submitted inquiry or checkout step does not by itself guarantee availability or acceptance of a transaction.

Payment and Transaction Terms

Accepted payment method, verification requirements and transaction instructions are confirmed for the specific sale. An item is released only after the applicable transaction requirements have been completed.

Shipping, Returns and Marketplace Transactions

Shipping and return terms are governed by the terms disclosed for the transaction and our applicable Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Purchase Policy pages. Transactions completed through a third-party marketplace may also be governed by that marketplace’s rules and procedures.

Special Requests and Custom Work

Sourced, special-order, personalized, altered or custom-made items may have project-specific deposits, approval steps, production timing and final-sale terms. Those terms will be communicated for the project before the applicable commitment is made.

Website Content

Website text, photographs, graphics and other original content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission except as permitted by applicable law. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
