Can you source a watch that is not in stock?

Yes. Submit a Special Request with the brand, model or reference, preferred configuration and budget so we can review sourcing options through our network.

Why don’t you publish full serial numbers?

Full serial numbers and other sensitive identifying information are kept out of public listings. Appropriate verification details can be handled privately when needed for a transaction.

Do you sell natural and lab-grown diamonds?

Yes. We can source natural and lab-grown diamonds around specifications such as shape, carat, color, clarity, cut, certification and budget.

Do you create custom jewelry?

Do you customize watches?

We can review select customization projects. Custom modifications may affect manufacturer warranty, service eligibility and originality, so the scope should be reviewed before work begins.

How are payment and shipping handled?

Payment method, verification and shipping arrangements are confirmed for the specific transaction. High-value shipments may have insurance, signature and address-verification requirements.

What is your return policy?
