Returns & Purchase Policy
Preciado Luxury Trading sells new, pre-owned and vintage watches, jewelry and diamonds. Every piece is photographed, described and, for watches, shown on video so you know exactly what you are buying.
All Sales Are Final
All new, pre-owned and vintage watch sales are final. Please review the photos, video, description, condition and included accessories carefully, and contact us with any question before you buy.
Returns by Approval, Within 14 Days
Returns are considered on a per-item basis. If you need to request one, contact us within 14 days of delivery. A return must be approved by us in writing before anything is sent back.
- Do not ship an item back without written return approval and instructions.
- The item must come back unworn, unaltered and in the same condition it was delivered, with all links, box, papers, tags and accessories.
- Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, polished, serviced, modified or damaged may not qualify.
- Return shipping and insurance instructions are provided when a return is approved.
Custom Jewelry and Special Orders
Custom jewelry, custom-designed or personalized pieces and special-order items are non-refundable.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Original shipping, insurance, and any import duties or taxes paid are not refundable.
eBay and Chrono24 Purchases
Purchases made on eBay or Chrono24 follow that marketplace return rules and procedures, and any return is started through the marketplace.
